Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage a team of sales representatives, supporting and

leading them to drive positive business results. In addition, the Regional Sales Manager will partner with our internal 

business leaders to successfully implement best practices for our sales team and promote growth of our business.


• Provide effective sales leadership and management to the East Region 

• Coach and mentor sales and administration teams on a day-to-day basis

• Ensure Aries standards are meet both internally within our organization and with clients

• Drive new and existing sales business within the Region to promote continued growth of the overall business

• Partner with Human Resources to provide overall leadership, direction and support to the East Region

• Drive processes and efforts to attract new customers and develop relationships with prospective customers

• Guarantee all projects are executed safely, efficiently, profitably and in accordance with Aries policies and 


• Review sales metrics and make recommendations where applicable and participate in sales and relevant 

internal meetings as required

• Align sales resources with organizational objectives

• Provide the necessary support to sales associates to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals


• Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the business to enable effective operating decision-making

• Strong selling skills with a proven track record

• Computer & IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel

• A track record of business success and responsibility growth

5+ years’ experience in a leadership capacity demonstrating sound business judgment

• Proven account management and competitive sales experience in the modular space rental industry

• Good awareness of the construction industry in terms of process, permitting, contracts, schedules, budgets, 

planning, etc.

• Proven ability to produce profitable branches through leadership.

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

• Strong relationship building skills.

• Willingness to travel
