Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Oversight & Execution: Lead and supervise the end-to-end implementation of overseas construction projects, ensuring all deliverables meet established milestones and rigorous quality standards.
2. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between domestic and international teams, including clients, architects, and contractors, to facilitate seamless resource coordination and resolve complex issues during execution.
3. Project Planning & Cost Control: Establish project cost targets and implement granular budget management; develop comprehensive project schedules and drive both internal and external teams to hit critical deadlines.
4. Leadership & Communication: Demonstrate exceptional communication and project management expertise, fostering a strong spirit of cross-cultural collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanics, or a related field.
2. Language Proficiency: Near-native English proficiency (written and verbal); must be capable of leading meetings and hosting clients in English, with deep familiarity with U.S. building codes and industry-specific terminology.
3. Experience: Proven track record of end-to-end engineering project management within the United States; prior experience in Modular Construction is highly preferred.
