Modular Solutions, ltd a Phoenix, AZ based factory direct manufacturing team is looking for an office manager.   General supervision and management of our small administration team facilitating tasks related to this industry, and construction tasking.

-quick books minimum 3 years experience

-procore software helpful but not required

-MS office suite experience (outlook, excel, project, one note, power point, publisher)

-team management skills 5 year minimum experience preferred

-knowledge  or experience with  davis bacon and certified wages helpful 

-Oversee sub contractor documentation, insurance, license renewals, AP and AR, HR documentation
