Manager – Wooden Modular Production 

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager– Wooden Modular Production to lead and oversee the design, engineering, and production of wooden modular construction in factory based in Texas, US. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wooden modular fabrication processes, materials, sustainability considerations, and execution methodologies. This role involves close collaboration with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality wooden modular units.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in modular manufacturing for high-rise and villa.
• Bachelor’s /master’s degree Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the production and installation of wooden modular systems for largescale residential projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control for modular installation.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of modular materials, ensuring cost efficiency and performance requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure modular installations meet quality standards.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and manufacturing analysis tools.

Preference:

• Willingness to relocate to Texas, US.
• Proficiency in English
