Manager – Wooden Modular Design

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager – Wooden Modular Design to lead and oversee the design and engineering of wooden modular construction in factory based in Texas, US. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wooden modular design, materials, sustainability considerations, and execution methodologies. This role requires a strong understanding of modular systems, materials, and performance criteria to support the design and execution of commercial, residential, and high-rise projects.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in wooden modular systems design for high-rise and villa.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the development of wooden modular design strategies to optimize product architecture and manufacturing processes.
• Drive standardization efforts to improve component reusability and reduce design complexity.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities by optimizing modularity in design and production.
• Lead structural and thermal performance analysis of wooden modular designs to ensure compliance with U.S. building codes and regulations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities by optimizing modularity in design and production.
• Ensure all modular system works comply with local, state, and federal safety and building regulations.
• Develop and mentor a team of engineers and designers in modular thinking and best practices.

• Willingness to relocate to Texas, US.
• Proficiency in English
