Together with our principals and affiliates, we've developed and now own over 4,000 units of multifamily housing-most of which are affordable or mixed income-across Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and expanding regions.

The Controller is responsible for leading the finance and accounting activities for Ginosko Modular, including the preparation and review of financial statements, financial reporting and compliance requirements, loan covenants, monthly, quarterly and annual closings, cash management, maintaining an adequate system of accounting records and internal controls, enhancing the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensuring that reported results comply with GAAP. This position monitors variances, summarizes trends and investigates budget deficiencies. The Controller is accountable for general accounting, internal controls, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable activity. Acts as an overseer of the Company's financial health taking ownership of the financial accounting and reporting process.
