Description
The Modular Building Institute along with Clemson University developed "Introduction to Commercial Modular Construction" over two years with the goal of introducing the reader to an innovative and exciting construction method. This course goes over the modular building process compared to traditional site-built construction and is designed to help the reader understand terminology and concepts of modular building including client needs, design, fabrication, transportation, and installation.
*Please Note: A "Introduction to Commercial Modular Construction" textbooks is required to complete the course at this time.

The textbook is comprised of six chapters over 200 pages. Depending on your individual pace, the book can take five to ten hours to read. Each chapter has a quiz of ten to twenty questions. Each quiz can take about 30 minutes to complete.
