teamtwo is a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering consultancy based in Tbilisi, Georgia, providing integrated architectural, structural and MEP design services with a strong focus on BIM-based project delivery. We work across industrial, logistics, commercial, residential and institutional projects, supporting clients from concept design through detailed engineering and construction documentation. teamtwo is currently developing its BIM-integrated DfMA capabilities for industrialized construction, with the objective of supporting modular and panelized building manufacturers through multidisciplinary engineering, production-oriented BIM workflows and technical documentation. We are actively seeking long-term collaboration with manufacturers, developers and industry partners across Europe.
