About

A 30-year + modular industry veteran, Lana has worked on a wide range of projects and grown with the industry. Lana's modular project experience includes multifamily apartments, hospitality, student housing, commercial structures including emergency rooms, medical facilities, offices, retail, golf course club houses and more.

During a time of dramatic change in the modular industry, Lana has gained a wealth of firsthand experience in evolving best practices of product development, manufacturing capability, architectural design, and client collaboration.

A Southern California native and lifetime learner, Lana earned her bachelor’s degree in business from San Diego State University in 1990. She became LEED accredited in 2008 (before it was cool), and graduated from law school as a working parent in 2016. She is currently the Director of Business Development for Prefab Logic, a data-driven modular preconstruction and BIM design/integration firm based in Nampa, Idaho and is also a practicing attorney in the State of California.

Prefab Logic was formed for the sole purpose of helping builders, developers, architects, and manufacturers produce successful modular projects. Stabilizing construction costs has become critical nationwide and modular has been recognized as a major opportunity to address the issue. With expertise and experience in large scale modular operations being limited, our founders have set out to assemble the most rounded team of experts in all facets of modular construction to help drive effective solutions.
