Jackson Main Architecture has worked with the most design and code intensive jurisdictions on the west coast to refine their modular permitting, design coordination, and construction and inspection processes. We have longstanding relationships with several modular manufacturers, and collaborate to offer refined designs for the factory-built environment, and serve as leaders during installation. Our modular portfolio includes multi-family, small efficiency dwelling units, senior living, and mixed uses. We believe affordable housing shouldn’t sacrifice design or function. With the vision of integrating design, technology, and sustainability, we harness the aesthetic talents of our design teams, and utilize Integrated Project Delivery and Building Information Modeling to design sustainably-focused modular buildings.
