Integrated Design Cubed (IDCUBED) is a North American design and project delivery company specializing in modular mass timber buildings. We simplify project delivery, reduce risk, accelerate speed to project completion, and deliver high-quality, sustainable buildings. Built through a partnership with European experts who have delivered modular mass timber projects for more than a decade, we bring proven knowledge, advanced digital tools, and practical project experience to the North American market. Our work combines full-service architectural and engineering design with specialized expertise in modular mass timber systems, fabrication-ready documentation, and integrated project delivery. We bridge architecture, off-site manufacturing, and construction execution through a collaborative model that aligns owners, developers, general contractors, fabricators, consultants, and suppliers early in the process. Through strategic partnerships with builders and fabricators, we deliver complete modular mass timber buildings from design through construction. Through advanced BIM and digital twin modeling, we develop coordinated, fabrication-level design packages that support efficient pricing, procurement, production, and assembly. Our services also include assembly line planning, production workflow consulting, supply chain management, quality control systems, and implementation support for advanced Manufacturing Execution System software built specifically for modular mass timber construction.
