The newest addition to the HEGG portfolio is a 100,000+ sq ft climate controlled modular construction manufacturing facility located in Brandon, South Dakota. The division internally referred to as “H-Mod”, will house over 100 construction team members and produce thousands of commercial units each year. A modular construction firm leading the region in next generation building standards and techniques.  

Hegg Modular is a Modular manufacturer located in Brandon, South Dakota (just outside Sioux Falls SD). We are focused on Multi-Family and Hospitality Construction with a minor emphasis on Small Community Workforce Housing. While Hegg Modular will be a standalone modular manufacturer, serving a wide variety of clients, we are also a vertically integrated part of the Hegg family of companies which enables us to provide complete turnkey development projects or ala carte services to our clients.
