About
iQmodule is a modular company which primary focus is on mid- and high-rise developments in multiple sectors, such as: hospitality, residential, student accommodation and commercial. We Design, prepare DFMA and build volumetric modular buildings. We are part of iQ Module / Bud-Invest GROUP.
Our aim is to help developers and investors to design and build more efficiently. Together with our architectural studio Rebel Concept operating under the banner of iQ, we commit ourselves to deliver modular structures of the highest quality.
We also specialize in hi LoD BIM designing, which allows us to access all project documents, plans and models, as well as execute construction quality, safety, and project workflows in real-time.
