Workforce Modulars has acquired the workforce housing for the canceled Keystone pipeline, which consists of over 2,400 beds, commercial kitchens, recreation centers, medical facilities and offices, consisting of over 600 cars.


JOB SUMMARY:  

The role of Sales Account Manager is responsible for expanding on current client relations and creating new partnerships with clients across North America to expand on the rental and sale of WFM’s modular units. This role will execute lease and sales contracts of modular units and ensure customer expectations are met. We're looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who can take a prospect from quote to final installation and work collaboratively with the rest of the WFM team throughout the process. We seek a candidate committed to growth so that as our company grows, this individual will grow with it.


ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS:

Seek out and establish partnership with existing and potential new clients

Engage in the development and enhancement of the selling process by identifying opportunities, understanding buyer motivation, identifying competitive strengths/weaknesses, and dealing with buyer objections

Produce project paperwork and quotations as required to properly execute the project in accordance with all WFM policies, including though not limited to credit applications, contracts, project summaries, customer satisfaction surveys, quote logs and sales funnel

Follow contracts through to completion by overseeing set ups of rented and sold units to ensure contracts are executed according to agreed terms

Improve WFM’s position as the leading supplier by reporting customer feedback and observations of market needs to the branch

Support the business plan and assist with developing ongoing plans to foster sustainable long-term growth

Ensure all work is executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with WRM policies and procedures

Ensure quality standards/installations and projects meet both client and internal stakeholder requirements

Present final quotes to customers and facilitate signed orders.




SKILLS REQUIRED:

Strong commitment to exceed customer expectations.

Experience in the residential or commercial construction industry is a requirement.

Experience in a complex, technical sales environment. 

Ability to articulate a clear value proposition to clients and to provide a technical explanation on how our system is built.

Ability to work at a fast pace within a changing environment.

High degree of motivation, self-direction, commitment, and integrity.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills

5+ years of successful sales experience in the construction industry.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.

Some national travel will be required.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 5 years working in sales or operations in a modular construction industry

A college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
