Pacific Mobile is looking for a talented, well organized, Inside Sales Support person to join our Ceres Branch location. You will be working in a customer-focused sales cycle environment. As Inside Sales Support, you will  provide excellent customer service through quick response times, follow up communication, and being knowledgeable about our product. You must be comfortable answering, fielding and directing incoming calls. This role will collaborate with various internal Sales Consultants, so it’s essential that you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. The Inside Sales Support will be responsible for assisting with Customer Relationship Management prospects.


Annual Salary of $45,000 - $50,000 DOE, plus an opportunity for a Business Objective Bonus.

In this role you will:

    Work 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

    Answer, field, and direct incoming sales phone calls creating a great first impression, assisting per defined strategies, and forwarding to the appropriate recipient on the first transfer.

    Be responsible for the management of all lead affiliations, associations, and lead-generating agencies.

    Conduct prospecting and lead-scouting through means of lead sources such as Dodge Report, AGC, corporate marketing lists, referrals, local media, etc.

    Provide excellent customer service through quick response times, follow-up communication, and being knowledgeable about our product.

    Follow up with customers/opportunities to minimize the risk of losing business.

    Participate in Bi-Weekly Sales and Marketing meetings.

    Collaborate with the Sales Team to execute sales strategies and continually strive to improve methods and share innovative ideas.

    Assist with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) prospects, management, and upkeep.

    Be responsible for upkeep of Master Sales Pipeline.

    Work closely and professionally with Sales Consultants to serve customers in the territory and offer support as needed, quoting, prospecting, etc.

    Be responsible for the management of website Specials & Discounts.

    Assist Sales and Marketing Director with misc. tasks.   

    Understand and adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures. 

Skills/Qualifications:

    Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

    Attention to detail, strong organization, and follow-up skills

    Excellent communications skills; both verbally and written.

    Preferred sales experience, CRM management, B2B sales, etc.

    High School degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

    General knowledge of the construction process and site services is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

    Use office equipment/computers; this may require sitting for long periods at a time.  

    May occasionally perform light lifting of supplies and materials.
