Position Location:  Midwest

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Estimator is responsible for estimating and selling projects.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

The Estimator shall be responsible for the following:

• Researches all necessary special pricing, code compliance, and structural requirements of projects.
• Provides support to dealer bidding projects.
• Provides accurate estimates of projects for all customers assigned.
• Follows up on all outstanding bids and projects.
• Provides submittals for projects when necessary.
• Prices out all change orders and red-line changes.
• Provides accurate sales release packages for Engineering.
• Cultivates and maintains potential clients.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Relevant experience will be considered.
