BROAD U.S.A. is the north America arm of BROAD Sustainable Building (BSB), a global 

manufacturer of volumetric modular buildings focusing on the mid and high-rise multifamily 

market segment. Our award winning “Holon Building” is a 100% factory fabricated modular 

building produced to industrialized scale on a highly automated production line, ensuring 

precision quality and predictable delivery time. The Holon Building uses stainless steel for all 

load bearing members of the building, leveraging the superior mechanical properties of stainless 

steel to deliver safer buildings with unprecedented service life. The Holon Building is 

manufactured to the Passive House design standard, employing a range of energy saving 

materials and groundbreaking technologies.

About the role:

• This is a sales and customer support role, blending a combination of opportunity hunting 

skills, marketing, project management, and communication skills. 

• The successful candidate will interface with developers and project owners to present the 

Holon Building concept, and manage the project work flow from pre-con through to 

handover. The successful candidate will work closely with AHJ and key parties on the 

developer bench.

• Develop and manage a book of business and project sales pipeline.

• Create and maintain project documentation together with the engineering team at our 

global headquarters

• Production of PowerPoint and other marketing material 

• Identify potential project development sites and conduct due diligence and assessment

• Support our customers in providing documentation for the permitting process

• Represent the company in conferences and industry events


• 5+ years’ experience in modular building sales, project management 

or construction management

• Demonstrable track record and book of business

• Experience in conducting real estate due diligence and assessment 

• Familiarity of code compliance and permitting process

• Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit

• Ability to travel frequently
