About the role:

• This is a sales and customer support role, blending a combination of opportunity hunting 

skills, marketing, project management, and communication skills. 

• The successful candidate will interface with developers and project owners to present the 

Holon Building concept, and manage the project work flow from pre-con through to 

handover. The successful candidate will work closely with AHJ and key parties on the 

developer bench.

• Develop and manage a book of business and project sales pipeline.

• Create and maintain project documentation together with the engineering team at our 

global headquarters

• Production of PowerPoint and other marketing material 

• Identify potential project development sites and conduct due diligence and assessment

• Support our customers in providing documentation for the permitting process

• Represent the company in conferences and industry events

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in modular building sales, project management 

or construction management

• Demonstrable track record and book of business

• Experience in conducting real estate due diligence and assessment 

• Familiarity of code compliance and permitting process

• Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit

• Ability to travel frequently
