The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding Aries Building System market presence across  the US. Specially, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for pursuing modular construction projects to  further growth our business. A qualified candidate will require exceptional business development skills, good industry connections and an understanding of Off-site Modular Construction.


Identify potential business opportunities, trends, and competitive opportunities for modular projects

• Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients to drive business growth and establish a strong market 

presence in different market segments 

• Maintain superior relationship with current clients to ensure uncompromising customer satisfaction

• Expand current customers’ use of services while strengthening our relationship with key players and team

• Prospect for potential new clients and establish a pipeline of new opportunities for client

• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging existing networks; Identify potential clients 

and their service needs, and seek appropriate decision makers within the potential client organizations

• Work with the Aries leadership team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies

• Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and 

establish a strong professional network

• Update the CRM database with new leads, project information, meeting reports and client contact database


• At least 5 years experience in a sales or business development role 

• A business minded person with a drive for developing and growing

• Demonstrable skills in prospecting and developing a pursuit strategy, negotiation, execution, and bottom-line 


• Good awareness of the construction industry in terms of process, permitting, contracts, schedules, budgets, 

planning, etc.

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

• Strong relationship building skills

• Ability to work independently


• Expert ability to effectively communicate with other disciplines or groups 

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and team collaboration skills

• Must be dependable, self-directed, and able to complete projects with limited supervision

• Must have outstanding verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills

• Proactive problem solver with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• A proven track record of successful business development and sales experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Highly organized with the ability to plan and prioritize

• Ability to travel as needed
