The U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision, striking down many of President Trump’s tariffs, has created chaos relating to understanding the status of tariffs and potential refunds. Ron Ciotti, partner at the law firm of Hinckley Allen will help us understand what tariffs are eliminated by the Supreme Court’s ruling and which continue to remain in place, President Trump’s reactions and reactive measures, the ramifications of both the ruling and the administration’s reactions on our industry, whether your company is entitled to a tariff refund, and if so, how to calculate, create, and submit a tariff refund claim.
